BACHELOR PROGRAM
Bachelor of Theology (15 classes)
The Bachelor program requires fifteen classes, with five core classes required that help to provide students with a well-rounded foundation in their Christian walk. The Bachelor core classes include important topics such as the Christian worldview, Apologetics, and Theology. The remaining ten classes will be selected to fulfill the requirements for their chosen emphasis.
Bachelor of theology students may choose an area of focus for their degree by choosing an emphasis, which include Pastoral Studies, Chaplaincy, Counseling, Missions and Evangelism, and more. Download Summit’s catalog for more information.
In order to qualify for the bachelor program, students must have a degree in Biblical Studies or the equivalent of 60 hours of lower division courses to qualify for the bachelor’s program. An AA degree from an accredited Christian or secular college is sufficient. Life and ministry experience may also be used to help qualify a student for the bachelor’s program on a case by case basis. To see if you qualify for the bachelor’s degree, please fill out an application and contact one of our advisors at 661-328-1151.
